Before detailing my recent experience of Jewish Chronicle (JC) editor Stephen Pollard’s refusal to grant my Subject Access Request (SAR), I would briefly like to return to last June and the day of my sentencing at Westminster Magistrates Court.

When I was called once more to the dock, I immediately recognised solicitor Mark Lewis, seated next to both my accusers from Campaign Against Antisemitism. I was able to quickly alert my barrister, Adrian Davies, that Lewis had sent me several death threats on Twitter, a fact which Mr Davies revealed during mitigation that same day.

During my second visit with the Probation Service in August, I produced screenshots of Lewis’ tweets along with several other examples of abuse sent to me on Twitter, abuse that is still ongoing today despite the obvious fact that I am unable to respond directly owing to my 12-month ban from social media. Shortly after my meeting with probation, Lewis’ prosecution by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority was quietly announced by the media.

Today, I watched Vincent Lapierre’s EetR report on last week’s hearing at the court of appeal in Paris where patriot and author, Hervé Ryssen, stated his case against a 17-month prison sentence demanded by the state procurator and usual anti-racist [sic] busybody organisations (LICRA, SOS Racisme, Jewish Students Union, etc.)

Parisian Songs of War – Giuseppe Fallisi and Alison Chabloz

180519 joe and me vichyYesterday, I finally received the full video footage of Italian tenor Giuseppe Fallisi and I performing together in Vichy last year in honour of Professor Robert Faurisson’s 88th birthday. Although the acoustics are far from perfect, it was a pleasure to listen again after all this time. Entitled in Italian Parisian Songs of War Mr Fallisi’s own musical compositions take the words of Baudelaire, Rimbaud and Verlaine – poets studied and taught by the professor. Indeed, the professor first became known to the French public at large because of his work on the poetry of Rimbaud.

Court decision on complex legal arguments will be made next month

Firstly, a huge thank you to the 25 brave souls who turned up at yesterday’s hearing in support. Thanks also to those of you who weren’t able to be there but sent messages and donations.

It was a great boost to see familiar, friendly faces in the public gallery vastly outnumbering the opposition. Indeed, as proceedings began, we were informed of a request made by Crown key witnesses, CAA’s Gideon Falter and Stephen Silverman. Both men had originally intended to be present in the public gallery yet neither turned up. Instead, CAA minion, Anthony Orkin, was again in attendance with just a couple of others, including the man seen on the far left of the photo below:

Gideon Falter of the Campaign Against Antisemitism along with representatives of other Jewish organisations including Shomrim held a meeting last week in London with Labour’s Hardyal Dhindsa, Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner, to discuss hate crime.

Perhaps the fact that Derbyshire Constabulary last week finally returned my laptop is one of the reasons why Falter and Silverman failed to turn up? Who knows? But in light of the CPS barrister’s announcement, both were highly conspicuous by their absence.

The Crown also requested that my barrister, Adrian Davies, be the first to present submissions in relation to the complex legal arguments surrounding my case. As already explained, the charges (now five) which I face concern sending or causing to be sent a grossly offensive message under the Communications Act. I won’t go into much detail here. Suffice it to say that I was brilliantly defended by Mr Davies.

After hearing both sets of submissions, Judge Zani informed the court that he would give a decision in writing after studying the points of law discussed. He also scheduled yet another preliminary hearing on November 20th when his decision will be made public. The judge also made it clear that, at this current stage of events, he would still be inclined to keep the January 10th trial date.

Judge Zani explained that the reason for still wishing a trial to go ahead would be to hear my case not only on points of law (whether sharing a URL constitutes an offence under the Act) but also on facts, namely, the content of my songs. I, for one, shall look forward to the Crown’s star witness coming to the defence of Irene Zisblatt, Elie Wiesel, Otto Frank and the already-debunked war propaganda lies of Jews being turned into bars of soap, etc., etc.

It is quite strange to consider that in the case of Judge Zani agreeing with the Defence submission and therefore ruling that I would not have committed any offence under the Act, I may nevertheless still be sent to trial. However, the judge’s decision in this matter, quite rightly, is meant to avoid further eventual hearings pending appeals. If the judge agrees with the Crown’s submission concerning points of law, then I can and will appeal.

Judge Zani then went on to discuss bail conditions. The Crown – no doubt under pressure from the usual suspects – unsuccessfully tried to impose tighter address restrictions. Mr Davies also announced our intent to sue for abuse of process following my arrest and detention earlier this month.

My arrest and subsequent charge for yet another of my songs was the result of a witness statement made by former Zionist Federation co-vice chair, Jonathan Hoffman, who – as we saw last July – has already attempted to prejudice my case on more than one occasion. As a result of Mr Hoffman’s interference, the Crown announced yesterday that he would not make a credible witness. Key evidence relating to the new charge is now solely confined to a similar statement made by Stephen Silverman aka Bedlam Jones. On this matter, I shall leave readers to make up their own minds.

For some real discussion of my case and seeing as the Mainstream is failing in its task to inform the British public of this highly newsworthy event, I shall again be a guest on tonight’s edition of Radio Aryan’s Daily Traditionalist with Matthew Heimbach and Florian Geyer. The show starts at 5 pm BST and, hopefully, the audio quality this time will enable listeners to better hear my story. Big thanks to Sven Longshanks for organising this.

Another important case concerning our Cause begins next Monday October 30th, 1.30 pm at the same magistrates court in London for Jez Turner‘s preliminary hearing. The more people who turn out in support the better. Wear a pair of sunglasses and eventually a hat if you are afraid of photographers.

A year has passed since my legendary performance at the London Forum, now subject to criminal proceedings as already explained in detail here on this blog. 

Desperate to see me further punished for the crime of singing humorous songs about Jewish power and influence, my accusers and longtime stalkers fail to grasp that I am not in the least afraid. Once one knows the Truth, it simply feels right and there is no going back. If the British authorities wish to imprison a singer for her satirical songs – so be it!

Unable to perform and speak freely (my laptop STILL in police possession after almost a year), I might just as well be in prison: the experience would no doubt spark further artistic inspiration, not to mention increase Joe Public’s ever-growing distrust of police, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and our elected leaders.

Anyway, on to the topic of this blog which deals with last week’s news concerning how a Hope Not Hate ‘researcher’, Patrik Hermansson – a queer Swede – managed to infiltrate the alt-right in a ‘year-long’ investigation which began last January.

Update: Unwanted postal deliveries addressed to Mrs Holocaust Denier – Malicious Communications?

Apologies for the length of this post. Undecided as to whether or not to contact police, after sleeping on it, my instinct tells me to publish here on my blog. 

  • Whereas I have now been charged by UK Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) under the Communications Act for sending and/or causing to be sent ‘grossly offensive’ messages, the CPS doesn’t actually seem to have any evidence of me either SENDING or CAUSING TO BE SENT anything at all.
  • Meanwhile, for more than two years now, someone has been SENDING anonymous post to my address and police have done nothing.
  • Following a new delivery this week of a sales catalogue addressed to ‘Mrs Holocaust Denier’, I decided to break my Internet silence. In my latest blog post, I reveal the underhand workings of police and the CPS in deciding to bring charges against me. My case is a clear example of how our authorities are being manipulated and controlled by militant Jewish identity lobbyists.

UK media crucifixion of Jeremy Corbyn suggests Zionist allegiance

One item of news this past week in the Jewish Chronicle and on ITV was the announcement that David Cameron’s Holocaust Memorial Foundation has commissioned a Bafta-winning film company to record the testimonies of Jewish survivors who escaped to Britain during or after WW2.

September 2013, David Cameron announced the creation of a ‘cross party’ Holocaust Commission whose job it would be to deliver recommendations on “ what more needs to be done to ensure Britain has a permanent and fitting memorial and the educational resources needed for generations to come.” The Commission is chaired by Britain’s most powerful Jew and – as befittingly titled by the Jewish Chronicle -‘boss in town’ Mick ‘miner’ Davis, and declares to provide as part of its mission

factual information about what happened, linked to other resources which already provide critical information and education

and to convey

the enormity of the Holocaust and its impact; in particular the loss to mankind of the destruction of European Jewry

… whatever that means.

Jewish Chronicle contributor Geoffrey Alderman already expressed several noteworthy reservations in an opinion piece published February 2014 :

I’m all in favour of Holocaust education. But, unless I’m much mistaken, the Holocaust is already part of the national curriculum. It hardly needs a Downing Street commission to press home the point, does it?

Despite Alderman’s protestations and a plethora of memorials and organisations which already exist (including Holocaust Educational Trust, the National Holocaust Centre and even a Department of Education-funded UCL masters qualification in Holocaust Education) it would appear that the new project is forging ahead, nicely aided by £50m of funding as promised by the Prime Minister.

If I’d opted to stay at my desk rather than choosing the sofa in preparation to watch Ken Livingstone on BBC Question Time, I wouldn’t have seen the short segment on ITV news: clips of testimonials interspersed with the usual dread-laden voiceover from a ‘journalist’ readily associating misleading terms such as ‘death camp’ with Bergen-Belsen. The coverage is further (dis)graced by newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky’s ‘Never again’ pathos, failing to point out that the same issues which caused the Holocaust in the first place have been happening ever since in occupied Palestine.

Why there is nothing about this story elsewhere in the press is a mystery, although further announcements regarding UKHMF are expected early 2016, possibly to include building plans for the foundation’s forthcoming ‘education’ centre. The Imperial War Museum is one of the contenders as well as other sites along the Thames. The first person to perform a quenelle outside the new premises should definitely be nominated for both the Quenelle d’Or and Faurisson Trophy awards.

Speaking of quenelles, Dieudonné announced in a new video yesterday that his lawyers have managed to secure a 27,000 euro subsidy from the French Minister of Culture, Fleur Pellerin. This news will no doubt displease Dieudo’s detractors, in particular Belgian Jewish associations who were shouting victory in reports of a three-month jail sentence handed to the comedian earlier this week.

Press treatment of Dieudonné in France bears several extraordinary similarities to that meted out in the UK towards Jeremy Corbyn: accusations of anti-Semitism (when the ‘offence’ is in fact anti-Zionism) and allegations of being an apologist for ‘terrorism’ abound in regard to both men. As with the French (and now international) press’ attitude towards Dieudonné, UK pundits’ muckraking on the subject of Corbyn and his supporters is rather like watching a re-enactment of parts of the New Testament, coordinated amongst others by The Guardian’s Jonathan Freeland, The Times’ Oliver Kamm and the Jewish Chronicle’s Stephen Pollard.

Here, I’d like to refer to the blog post I wrote earlier this week which shows Pollard and Kamm using info from an anonymous Twitter troll in order to force left-wing, veteran Labour MP for Newport, Paul Flynn, to delete a retweet. The scandal was centred around the Sun newspaper’s shoddy poll which alleged that one in five British Muslims were sympathetic towards jihadis. For some reason, after deleting his RT, Flynn decided to block Kamm. Here’s Kamm’s reaction :

The result of Kamm’s threat is best seen in The Huff Post’s publication last Friday, November 27, of yet another Corbyn smear piece featuring – yes, you’ve guessed it – Paul Flynn as Judas. Does the amount of muck being raked by neocons against Corbyn (and against shadow chancellor John McDonnell) suggest that there’s an even greater mountain of dirt hidden behind all the smearing and faux-disdain? What to think of Jewish Chronicle editor Stephen Pollard’s friend and fellow columnist Jonathan Hoffman’s links to far right neo-Nazi EDL and the outlawed JDL Jewish terrorist org?

With Blairites like Kamm and Freedland on board, UK mainstream media’s CrucifyCorbyn™ campaign thinks it can go ahead full steam, seemingly ignorant of the fact that its MO is now completely transparent to a general public more aware than ever before, mainly thanks to the Internet and sharing of information via modern pioneers such as Dieudonné, Gilad Atzmon and David Icke.

As expected, press double standards will persist and a new, totally unnecessary and hideously expensive Holocaust education centre will be inaugurated to the sound of mass weeping, inappropriate use of non-factual evidence by journalists and pathos gushing forth from TV presenters in order to ensure that nice fat pay check keeps on coming.

Once the centre is open, government funding will no doubt be available to subsidise school trips. I imagine there’ll be a coffee area and gift shop selling books and mass-produced memorabilia. Would it be worth the Holocaust Commission considering the possibility of a ‘Holocaust revisionism‘ section either inside the centre itself or, discreetly, on a lower shelf in the gift shop book section (perhaps next to the new edition of Anne Frank’s Diary now Anne & Otto Frank and possibly several other people’s Diary?) After all, revisionism is a booming online grassroots industry and, as we all know, there’s no business like Shoah business.
