A pound of flesh just in time for Shabbat

My appeal against the National Probation Service takes place this Friday, January 10th 2019, 10.30 am, at Derby Combined Court Centre, Morledge, Derby DE1 2XE.

This post could be the last one for a while, as I expect to be sent back behind bars for three weeks. If further conditions are imposed, these may well include an outright ban from publishing on the Internet, including here on my own website. My enemies – the enemies of freedom of expression – wish to see me silenced for good. They, along with the other usual suspects, are still falsely claiming that I was convicted for ‘holocaust’ denial. The aim is to mislead people into believing that questioning or, in my case, mocking the dubiousness of orthodox ‘holocaust’ history, would be a criminal offence. Bring it on, I say: such legislation, as already exists in many European countries, only makes people more curious as to why it is unlawful to question a historical event.

The world’s greatest propaganda exercise, used by governments as a baton with which to hammer the ideologies of anti-racism and “hate speech” into populations from the youngest age, is surely now on its last legs. Zionist Jews and their allies continue to produce the ‘anti-Semitism’ victim card; anonymous troll accounts continue to proliferate on social media; censorship, de-platforming and book burnings are now a daily occurrence.

My own case is unique. Two weeks after my infamous performance at the London Forum in September 2016, my Twitter account was suspended. A month later, I was arrested on trumped-up charges of harassment of three women, my computer seized and held for almost a year, despite no charges ever coming from these fishwives’ accusations. December 2016, my trial – back then a private prosecution – began, for a song that 35-year old Gideon Falter of CAA deemed “grossly offensive”. A parade of judges and magistrates showed allegiance to this registered charity, systematically ruling against me and against freedom of expression, because… Well, because we live under a corrupt, broken system in which the rule of law has become a tool to quash dissent: my songs caused no harm, loss or injury to anyone.

I may be absent for some time. My music is still widely available – more so since Falter was persuaded, presumably by his two fellow board members, Steve Silverman aka Bedlam Jones and Joe Glasman aka Robbersdog, to go after me. My prosecution and conviction gave my songs and I prominence that, five years ago, I could only have dreamed of.

The third shapeshifting zealot alongside Silverman and Glasman, Steve Applebaum aka Nemo aka Sicaro aka Rattus, is still up to his old tricks on Twitter. So, before I love you and leave you, I thought I would leave a little reminder of this man – un gros porc – and his decrepit pandering to racists. Research of birth and marriage records shows that Applebaum’s mother was a Gentile. My co-author is more Jewish than Applebaum. Ergo, Applebaum – let alone the supremacists sitting at the helm of CAA – most certainly does not speak for all Jews.

In court, Silverman lied that ‘Nemo’ of my song meant ‘all Jews’. No, ‘Nemo’ meant Nemo: Steve Applebaum, house husband and part-time scribbler who has dedicated the past five years to stalking and harassing me. Police are fully aware. How would his family members react if they, too, knew that their son, husband, father, is an enemy of free speech and third-rate Twitter troll?

For those unable to make it to Derby on Friday: if the worst happens and I’m sent back to jail, news of the verdict will be shared by one or more of my supporters, via my barrister, Adrian Davies.

Wish me luck!

There is always abroad, the UK is not the whole world, plenty of opportunities overseas. As to Twitter, there is an agenda there, though easy enough to set up an account and circumvent any ban. I am not going to be in England Friday, Good luck and if the judiciary make you a free speech martyr then ensure the jail you are sent to is known.
