Last Friday, same day as my guilty verdict was pronounced, founder of the EDL (English Defence League) Tommy Robinson was arrested outside a court in Leeds, reportedly for contempt of court.
Reporting restrictions are in place and therefore details are somewhat confused.
Already under licence for a similar offence, was Robinson aware that defendants and/or witnesses are due to appear in an separate, upcoming trial? Contempt laws apply to all defendants. We cannot complain about these laws only when it suits us…
Earlier this year, we saw Robinson recycle himself as a free speech advocate, notably in the Markus Meecham aka Count Dankula trial. Despite the fact that I was charged and, like Dankula, found guilty under the same law, Robinson has never breathed a word about my case. Why is this?
Was Robinson persuaded to attend the Leeds hearing by his most ardent Zionist supporters – including the Tel Aviv regime’s deputy social media advisor (see image above)?
There is even a demonstration planned for tonight, 6 pm, outside the British Embassy – also in Tel Aviv! (See image left)
Was the Robinson kerfuffle a deliberate measure to deflect attention away from the verdict in my trial, which is most definitely a grave threat to freedom of speech in the UK?
Another important point to note: as cited in last week’s Metro report, the ‘Jewish activists’ who provoked a brawl outside my hearing are all staunch supporters of Robinson (see above).
Surely pro-Israel fans and the likes of Robinson can’t have it both ways? Free speech is free speech – no exceptions!
It will be interesting to see what happens next. Will Robinson be released on the express orders of our rulers in Tel Aviv? Will the British unjustice system be jailing a singer for her satirical songs?

Unbelievable! First, Alison is proclaimed guilty, but even several very careful readings of the DJ’s report fail to reveal how he reached his verdict; all he tells us in his report is that he did. So we know he read a few case reports, and that he knows the statute and section under which Alison was charged. And oh … we know he is convinced beyond reasonable doubt that Alison is guilty of being grossly offensive. Err… what convinced him?
Now we hear from Alison that Tommy Robinson was arrested on the same day for contempt of court, found guilty of it, and jailed … and that Israel is protesting. Why? It cannot be in defence of Robinson’s right to free speech. Or can it? After all, he loves Jews. So he can say whatever he wants about anyone else.
Contempt of court! Well, well, well … during the lunch break at Alison’s trial, a tattooed thug attempted to attack Alison. One of our men intervened. The tattooed thug, an ex-boxer pro who is not Jewish despite the blue star of david tattooed on his temple, either head-butted or pushed our man and caused him to fall backwards into the busy road in front of the courthouse. After the lunch break, the tattooed thug was inside the courthouse, standing with the CAA thugs (Silverman, Hoffman, Faulter) and the other ‘Jewish activists’ who had broken into our midst and yelled abuse at us as we tried to make our way usual way to our lunch venue. What? Had the tattooed thug and the other ‘Jewish activists’ not been in contempt of court? (Was one of the ‘Jewish activists’ the woman called Shitrit? Some clever journlist remarked that this name is pronounced ‘Chetrit’. No way!)
And Saturday saw a big demo against Robinson’s imprisonment. To my amazement, the protesters were almost all young, and almost all white. How’s that? Is Robinson not a thorough Muslim hater? Perhaps that is PC now, not racism, so it’s OK with the PC young; only criticism of Jews is racism, hate speech, grossly offensive … you name it.
Hang it, this gets to be more Kafka than Kafka.

I see no other conclusion which will bear scrutiny. John Q. Public is to receive the media as Solomon the Wise Judge and this Pretender here insinuates that Tommy Robinson, and not Alison Chabloz, is the real mother of the child Free Speech.
