Happy New Year 2018 ~ No Regrets!

In just nine days’ time, I will once again be in court, on this occasion for my long-awaited trial. Of course, there is no guarantee that proceedings will be over there and then: the enemies of freedom and justice have a nasty habit of trying to drag things out for as long as possible, in the hope of extracting a guilty plea from those they take sadistic pleasure in persecuting. As my father would say: they can whistle!

On the Campaign Against Antisemitism’s website, there is a fairly recent article written in typically gloating fashion concerning my prosecution (for singing songs) which states that Alison Chabloz is not ‘an important person’. Those at the CAA helm, on the other hand, clearly do consider themselves to be important, a fact outlined in numerous articles brimming with over-inflated rhetoric and self-praise. No holds barred when it comes to CAA’s own admissions to meddling with the authorities, producing yet more anti-white ‘Holocaust’ propaganda, currying favour with high-ranking government officials via social invitations and meetings during which the obvious aim is to influence chief constables, police and crime commissioners, judges and anyone else they can manipulate.

As well as other statements along the lines of wanting to make an example of me, my question therefore is why does CAA target little people rather than, say, those with a large following on social media and access to mainstream platforms? Why isn’t Gideon Falter going after Ricky Gervais who boasts on Twitter about performing Holocaust jokes? Why isn’t Falter going after Karl Pilkington who compared his TV travel series with the diary of Anne Frank during a BBC live broadcast? Are Gervais and Pilkington TOO IMPORTANT for Falter to touch? If so, then why? And why is anti-Muslim gay comic, Andrew Lawrence, allowed to get away with his Hate Speech Tour, praised for having chutzpah and even given his own BBC radio show?

I think the answer is pretty clear and, without wishing to repeat myself, the evidence of a smear campaign against me as an individual is irrefutable. My Facebook account has been targeted again en masse by accounts, it seems, mostly based in Australia. Someone has to be directing these hate-filled abusers to my page, as we’ve already seen in similar attacks coordinated by people with links to the Israeli embassy.

When all this began, I was pretty much alone in facing such vicious abuse – police were of no use whatsoever and indeed participated, failing to go after my persecutors and then arresting me on suspicion of crimes committed against these very same perpetrators. However, as the months have passed and my reach has widened, I now have support for which I’m very grateful from all over the world.

What do my accusers want exactly? For me to stop writing and performing music? How do they actually intend to achieve this? Their only realistic option would be to silence me for good, surely? I would hazard a guess that it is quite possible that several of my most prolific, sick-minded detractors have fantasised over such an event taking place, confirmed by the numerous death threats I have received, ignored by police who preferred, first, to come for the singer.

Am I scared? Well, yes! These individuals have the means and financial clout to ruin lives and destroy families. They are able to arrange meetings with the authorities as mentioned above, sit all day writing letters of complaint to police about those they dislike, not to mention the incontrovertible evidence of a registered charity encouraging the use of anonymous troll accounts to stalk and harass. Police have been and searched my address now twice. The last time they even took digital information from my mother’s iPad! I was locked up for two whole days FOR SINGING SONGS.

And still, silence from the mainstream whose role, supposedly, is to inform the British people of events which are of public interest. In one of his numerous letters to Derbyshire PCC Hardyl Dhindsa, CAA’s Stephen Silverman aka Bedlam Jones states that ‘thousands of Jews’ are aware of my activities because of coverage in the Jewish press. Why am I being given publicity in the Jewish press, yet not in the mainstream? Do those in charge of publications believe that Jews would really feel threatened by a 53-year old singer? Suspected cause of death: asphyxiation by choking after being subjected to melodic musings on the persecution suffered by Alison Chabloz at the hands of Bedlam, Nemo, Ambrosine and whole list of other names which regularly appear on my social media accounts to tell me I am ‘excrement’ or a ‘lying Jew-hater’.

‘Never Again!’ they wail, without realising that it is in fact they who never learn!

Whatever happens Wednesday week, I have no regrets whatsoever. I have accomplished my life’s goal in that my songs – despite my enemies’ desperate attempts to censor me – are listened to the world over. What more could any artist wish for?

Well, perhaps a little more comfort wouldn’t go amiss. It’s cold here in England at the moment and spring is still some way off. If you would like to support my work, please consider a donation via PayPal or BitCoin (see sidebar). Alternatively, you can pledge a small monthly sum via Patreon which will help me to keep warm by singing, creating original music, parodies, satire and political commentary. 2018 will be an important year for all of us. Let’s think about our common aims and help each other to bring victory ever closer.

Lastly, always remember that there is no point whatsoever in apologising. Ricky Gervais was granted a page in the Jewish Chronicle to explain why this is the case. Somehow, I doubt Stephen Pollard will be offering me the same privilege.

Happy New Year 2018 to all my readers ~ No Regrets!

They made you big. Targets? Such as Gervais? He can afford a top class army of Q.C’s. The Israeli embassy’s job is to protect Jews abroad so if you are on their radar screen it is for a reason, whether one agrees or not is another issue. Plod and death threats? Yes, they are partisan.

    • Alison Chabloz January 1, 2018 / 7:58 pm

The ‘reason’ is a desire for a legal precedent which, as already exists in so many other countries, would effectively criminalise any questioning of the official ‘Holocaust’ narrative. They know they would never be able to achieve this by targeting someone like Gervais, therefore they try (as they did with Fredrik Töben) to shuffle in a precedent through the back door.

      • Ciaran Goggins January 1, 2018 / 8:26 pm

Quite a few Judeophobes in Westminster and Whitehall. Can’t see denial of the Shoah being made a criminal offence but then, couldn’t see National Action proscription either.

      • sophiejo1 January 2, 2018 / 7:35 pm

Alison, I’m sure Fred Toben will make the best response himself here. But as I remember it, no sort of precedent was set with his case. This was a pretty super achievement, for Fred represented himself. He got his prison term because he defied a judicial order to take his web site down.

And (I am being the proverial cracked record here) I still think that the absence of any sort of ‘holocaust denial’ law in this jurisdiction scotches any chance of the CAA’s setting the precedent it wants in your case. It is an easy guess that this lot of creeps pushed like rapid maniacs for your prosecution because they thought that the IHRA definition of antisemitism had become law since Theresa May and a clutch of other MPs ‘adopted’ it. But they have been disabused since Hugh Tomlinson’s trashing of that hope.

  2. sophiejo1 January 1, 2018 / 7:24 pm

Alison, I wish District Judge Zani would see No Regrets. You know, you are being quite outrageously charming here! I bet the CAA golums are grinding their rotten little teeth.

Still, I could feel my face creep as I dwelt on your description of the treatment you have had from a Chief Magistrate and the police, including a PCC. These people may not get away with this: their behaviour is shamelessly indecent — and frightening for that. They must be called to account, simply for the sake of ensuring the rectitude of law-enforcement officers in this country.

But enough of this! You gave the New Year a delightful opening with No Regrets. This year will be your year, I know: starting from the 10th of Jan!

    Looking forward to seeing you!
    Love,
    Sophie

We need to have a “Holocaust Denial Day”, in the same way there is a “Draw Mohammed Day”.

If millions participate, they cannot imprison all of us.

It can go viral, like the Ice Bucket Challenge.

We can set up a day: for instance May 14th, which is the day Israel was created. People can be creative, make jokes, make songs, make fun, etc.

Set up a date, spread the word, and let it play out. It can spread like wildfire. The newspapers might report on it.. which will make it spread even more.

They could intimidate the Dutch cartoonists, but when millions started drawing Mohammed, there is nothing they could do.

In the first year some people will participate, the second year there will be more people. It will grow every year.

Our strategy right now is to unite and shout from the rooftops as loud as we can, and make jokes about them.

We also need a gimmick, a shtick: kind of like pouring an ice bucket over you. Something that is normie friendly, and it can be cool, and people could imitate it just cause it’s cool.

The quenelle is no good, because it is linked to the Nazi salute. We become an easy target. Something that is not connected to the past.

Like shouting “6 billion”. People can get creative during the first edition and we can find a gimmick.

It needs to be humorous, and cool.

Wonderful idea, John! I hope you run with it. And I want to tag along.

  6. John January 3, 2018 / 5:40 am

    Hello Alison,

I’m sending you positive energy, hang in there, we support you.

I would like to take a step back and put things in perspective. I know it is easy for me to talk, because I am not in your shoes. Hear me out.

If they jail you for singing a song, they set up a precedent. But this precedent will send alarm bells all over the world that may wake up millions of people.

Jailing someone over a song? It’s insane, and it may wake more people up.

Even if they jail you, how much can they give you. 2-3 years?

They will make you a Free Speech martyr,.

Cristopher Cantwell was jailed for 3 months after Charlottesville. He came out even more motivated.
He was bragging that “During my jail stint, I had lots of spare time to read many interesting books, and educate myself”.

I know it is easy for me to say this, because I am not in your shoes. But they can only jail you for 2-3 years.

If you just embrace it, and say: ok, what’s the worse that could happen. They jail me 2 years – I become more famous, I become a free speech martyr.

I will have some leisure time where I can read books, write more songs – and will become more famous at the end.

They can only psychologically torture you if you are afraid of prison. They can play on your fear, and turn into a wreck.

But if you say: OK. Bring it on! Jail me. 2-3 years… no problem. I could use the leisure time. — then they cannot get to you and torture you psychologically – because you have embraced it.

People will find out that you were jailed 2 years over a song, this will make you famous, it will make you a free speech martyr…. and it will wake up many more people who have brains and see what happened to you.

(((They))) can only torture you if you are afraid. If you embrace it, and say: ok, 2 years. Cuff me, please. – then they have no psychological power over you, and you make them look like a laughingstock.

Women’s jails are not as dangerous as men’s jails, and UK jails are some of the best in the world.

It’s easy for me to talk.. but if you embrace it, fear disappears.

    —-

    I can imagine the conversation:
    A. What are you in for?
    B. Assault and battery. You?
    C. I wrote a song.

    • Ciaran Goggins January 3, 2018 / 5:31 pm

There used to be an Amnesty Int cartoon, two men in a jail cell. Big thug and little speccy guy. Little guy turns and asks what are you in for? 20 years for armed robbery. You? Ten years for writing an article the government disliked. Palm trees outside cell window so you could tell “it can’t happen in Britain”.

    • sophiejo1 January 6, 2018 / 6:56 am

You have forgotten something, John: A person can be jailed only if that person has broken a law.

And 2-3 years? You’re nuts. ‘Embrace it’ for your own betterment. And learn something: a magistrates’ court cannot impose a prison term of that length. The maximum term it can impose for an offence is six months.

Having read your post above, I took you for a decent person. Now I’m of quite another view. And I hope you have a seriously miserable 2018, you malevolent creep.

  7. John January 3, 2018 / 6:51 am

Brother Nathanael has started writing Jokes about the Jews. We need to make them go viral.

    https://gab.ai/BrotherNathanael

We have to joke about them, sing about them: that way the Jewish censors will look stupid and humorless.

If they start jailing people over jokes, they will look really bad.

We have to make fun of them. No one can call us Nazis for jokes. And people love irreverent jokes.

It will expose the Jewish censorship.

We need to joke louder and louder… and make the censors look stupid.

They cannot censor us if the whole public opinion is watching, just like a rapist cannot rape a woman if she screams loudly and she is in a public place.

Jokes are a great way to get to people’s minds.

    Keep singing, Keep joking.

They cannot jail someone for making a joke: they expose themselves. They cannot jail someone for singing a song. If they do: they bring even more attention to them.

  8. John January 3, 2018 / 6:58 am

The “spreading hate”, “nazi”, “racist” labels are quickly wearing off.

    We need to keep joking.

They cannot accuse you of “spreading hate” if you make some jokes.

We need to double down and make more and more jokes.

When you are in court: If you manage to make the judge laugh, and see the ridiculousness of jailing a person over a joke…. you have won.

  9. matt January 3, 2018 / 12:27 pm

    Hello Alison,

Hopefully it will be a very positive end to the sick unjustifiable persecution you have bravely faced in your own so called free country. Again both ‘Matt & Piers’ are attending your persecution next week.

    Stay brave lass.

We all might as well just get on our knees and kiss the Star of David in the Synagogue of Satan if they take the right to write or the right to sing satirical songs away. Why wasn’t the creator of ‘Hitler Only Has One Ball’ prosecuted, if satire is wrong? Clearly they didn’t have the silly bugger Gideon Falter on their back eh?

I ask myself just who the hell is running the police and courts in this country these days? Is it the CAA and ‘Gideon the Persuer’? In your case and many others the answer is definitely YES!

    Sincere regards

    Matt

Did you hear? “Count Dankula” – a Scottish ‘media personality’ – is about to be sentenced for ‘satire’.

“Count Dankula”‘s case is quite similar to yours & equally grotesque, yet receives x1000 more soc. media attention. Even the horrible woman Katie Hopkins tweets unironically “Britons shall not be slaves” in support of the Scotsman.

Now, I don’t know your network, but wouldn’t it be an idea for your network to associate your
trial with the case of “Count Dankula”?

    Have a nice evening.

    • Alison Chabloz January 5, 2018 / 6:27 pm

I see the verdict has been postponed till March.

The mainstream along with ‘mainstream alternative’ channels such as Rebel won’t touch my case. I did try to interact on Twitter with Count Dankula, but he just ran away, hands over ears, crying ‘Holocaust denier’! There is even a reference to his ‘Nazi dog’ in one of my songs. That’s gratitude for you!

PS If his case proves one thing, it is that there is absolutely no point whatsoever in making a grovelling apology.

  13. Martin January 8, 2018 / 7:49 pm

Further to my comment on October 26 concerning the libel case between Craig Murray, stalwart defender of Palestinians and former British ambassador to some or other horrible central Asian despotism, and (((Jake Wallis Simons,))) Associate Editor of the Daily Mail Online, I am sorry to report that the case was settled amicably out of court. Which is no great surprise to anyone who has escaped the cultural trance in which most inhabitants of this once great country are held. The case was briefly as follows: Murray was being sued for libel because of a remark made that was triumphantly revealed by Simons during a Sky News discussion in which Murray himself was also a panelist. Said Simons: “This [anti-Zionism], really, is a manifestation of the oldest hatred of anti-Semitism, which has been rebranded in 2016 as anti-Zionism. If I can, one quote that illustrates this that I just jotted down this morning is this: Israel, quote, ‘claims tribal superiority over the entire rest of the world.’ That, I’m sure you’ll agree, is an example of anti-Semitism masquerading as anti-Zionism, and the author of that quote is the man sitting in your Edinburgh studio right now, Craig Murray, who [sic] I think should respond to it.” Murray, losing his composure, then called Simons a liar. Murray reported on his blog in early November the following: “On 29 April 2016, Jake Wallis Simons and Craig Murray appeared together on Sky News to debate anti-Semitism in the United Kingdom. Following that debate, Dr Wallis Simons issued libel proceedings against Mr Murray. Dr Wallis Simons and Mr Murray have now settled these proceedings. By this statement, Mr Murray accepts that Dr Wallis Simons is not a liar, and Dr Wallis Simons accepts that Mr Murray is not an anti-Semite. They are both pleased to have resolved this dispute amicably.” I think the term “tribal superiority” is arresting, but apparently not enough to put Murray in cuffs.

    Hello Alison,
Best of luck in the trial. I hope to be there.
    Regards,
    Colin.

Interesting question. I wonder why you would be asking such a question.

  15. SSki January 11, 2018 / 2:06 am

Madam, you are important. You are important to everyone who fights for freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and the right to be who we are without interference from some bagel-breathed interlopers and their shabbos pets. What they have done in persecuting you, as well as Ursula Haverbeck and Monika Schaefer, only strengthens the noose that will one day land upon their necks. Many of us are no longer sitting idle while they strip our people of their lives. We will avenge our mistreatment a thousand-fold. It’s coming.

The never ending story, they are trying a war of attrition…

  17. Nicholas Ennos January 11, 2018 / 3:07 pm

I understand that one of the accusations against you is that in your song you called Elie Wiesel a liar. Perhaps you may wish to call a language expert as a defence witness in your trial. “Elie Wiesel” always spoke English with a heavy Serbian accent, and on the internet it is easy to find an entry card to France which was issued to him by the Yugoslav Embassy in Paris. This entry card shows his photo but not his real name. The real Elie Wiesel, whose identity he took over, was a Hungarian speaking Romanian. If you call a language expert as a witness at your trial, he will confirm to the court that “Elie Wiesel” spoke English with a Serbian accent and not a Hungarian accent and that therefore he was an imposter and liar.

    • Alison Chabloz January 11, 2018 / 3:20 pm

Wiesel is dead and was already thoroughly exposed as a liar by Robert Faurisson in his article ‘A Prominent False Witness’.

  18. Nicholas Ennos January 11, 2018 / 3:20 pm

There is also a video on the internet called something like “Elie Wiesel comes home”. In this he purportedly goes back to his Hungarian speaking home town in Romania. He can be heard on this video speaking a few words of Hungarian very badly, which shows that he is not a native Hungarian speaker as he claims. A language expert would confirm this also.

    • sophiejo1 January 12, 2018 / 1:40 pm

You are absolutely right, Nicholas Ennos. Any native speaker of Hungarian can confirm this. But there is a funny ‘aside’ here: The silly git Gideon Falter claimed in the witness box on the 10th that Elie Wiesel (whose name he gives the impossible pronunciation ‘WeazELLE’) had left Hungary for the US at the age of 4 years, and thereafter never spoke Hungarian, for the family language was Yiddish.

Quite clearly, Gideon the git made up this piece of information on the hoof. Just as clealy, he had no idea that what had actually happened here was that he confirmed the now-several-years-old accusation of Miklos Gruner that the person of considerable fame who called himself Elie Wiesel in the US had never been to Auschwitz, nor to any other concentration camp, nor was he the the 36-year-old Elie Wiesel from Hungary who had befriended the 16-year-old Miklos Gruner at Auschwitz. (Aha! Hence Weisel’s ‘disappeared’ tattoo!) Doing this, he confirmed, without meaning to do anything of the sort, that Weisel was an abject liar, just as Alison says!

That was a neat own goal for Gideon the git. Then Alison’s astonishingly brilliant barrister Adrian Davies, cross-examining, wiped the floor with him, for Gideon the git confirmed quite unsuspectingly that even if Alison had written a bland essay on the subject of her (((Survivors))) instead of that satirical song, he would still consider that she had been ‘grossly offensive’.

For goodness sakes! No manifestation of the ‘Jewish superior intelligence’ presumption anywhere in all this: both the git Gideon and his mate the pompous fool Stephen Silverman tossed around ‘grossly offensive’ as if that term had not gained ample illumination in the High Court:

Judgments – Director of Public Prosecutions (Appellant) v. Collins (Respondent) [2006] UKHL 40, https://www.courtsni.gov.uk/en-GB/Judicial%20Decisions/PublishedByYear/Documents/2016/%5b2016%5d%20NIMag%201/j_j_2016NIMag1Final.htm

Is it possible that they have not read this case? Or are they just in denial of it? Or perhaps the High Court is antisemitic?

And the pompous, pretentious joke Stephen Silverman fared no better in the witness box in Adrian Davies’s deft hands, for he confirmed, quite as if that were a virtue, that even if the court dismisses the charges against Alison, he would continue to persecute her. A few minutes earlier, the wonderful Adrian Davies had Silverman admit that his ‘expertise’ in the matter to hand is merely hearsay. That wiped out any good effect that the barrister for the prosecution might have gained by her long and tedious exposure of him as the expert interpreter of the meaning of one of Alison’s songs.

And this beggars belief: Stephen Silverman’s CAA role is ‘Director of Investigations and Enforcement’ [sic]. ENFORECEMENT??? (Simon F pointed this out to me.)

The brilliant barrister Adrian Davies really is a gem. I have an irrepressible urge to genuflect before him.

You are a brave woman, I read the article in the Daily Mail about the trial and it is bringing the whole Holocaust debate into the public eye. Anyone with a bit of interest in the debate with a click of a mouse pad can see there are more holes in the official Holocaust narrative than a string vest.

  21. SB January 13, 2018 / 2:38 am

The Zionists once again are overplaying their hand. They need protecting from themselves. All you EDL /BF cowards ought to educate yourselves on the outrageous behaviour of these people in relation to the United Kingdom. From their murder of our soldiers to their open bragging about how they own our political process.

    • sophiejo1 January 13, 2018 / 9:53 am

There is a Central European wisdom that has it that Jews always take the step too far, and that earns them a paddling.
