Friday June 2, the Crown Prosecution Service informed my lawyer of their intention to discontinue the initial accusation for malicious communications brought against me by Gideon Falter of the Campaign Against Antisemitism for my song (((Survivors))).
This latest news of yet another charge against me being dropped will no doubt provoke yet more tears from the turgid trio of accusing females (as described here) and who are still gnashing their teeth on Twitter, wanting my blood and even interacting regards my person – in typically clueless fashion – and in public. Regards the pending cases relating to the YouTube video of last September’s London Forum performance, I am considering downloading both songs, removing the music and leaving just the laughter and applause.
The next hearing – for legal argument only – will take place June 23, 10 am at Westminster Magistrates Court. The outcome may not only have a devastating effect on the right to be able to think for ourselves and express those thoughts, it may also severely undermine British values, traditions and artistic culture. Shills can be identified by their lies, and by their working to sabotage the anti-establishment groups and to sow discord. I enjoy listening to Jez Turner’s speeches and would love to see him as British PM. I have never found that Jez is anything other than genuine, and he is clearly very well-informed about the (((problems))) with our political system, media, banking, etc..
The only criticism is that occasionally he has a fake ‘truth teller’ speaking at the London Forum. But many LF speakers are very good, and Jez cannot be expected to weed out all of the infiltrators. Guilt by association is not a crime, unless there is ample corroborating evidence of deception.
Without mentioning any names, if you have an ‘ex’-MI5 asset who claims to be the Son of God, practises kabbalah, sometimes dresses as a woman, and claims the WTC was hit by missiles faked with “holograms” to make them seem like planes, then they are a fake.
But if Jez was a fake, he would have to be the best actor on the planet.
Actually the towers were hit by missiles as was the Pentagon and that’s the problem with shills, they always mix Truth with lies.
Now I am not saying Turner is a shill, but like Ken O’Keefe and the alleged disappearing money it would be good to know the Truth as to whether this Mason fella is lying or not.

Is your trial still on tomorrow?
By legal argument, what does that actually mean. If you don’t mind my asking.
Having spoken with Adrian Davies yesterday, it seems that tomorrow’s hearing will – for reasons beyond our control – most likely be a rematch of last March with the prosecution again requesting more time.
Therefore not worth the trip if you’re outside London. Of course, if you are nearby and interested in attending, you are most welcome.
Legal argument just means discussion of the points of law; here, in particular whether or not posting a hyperlink can be construed as “sending” or “publishing” a “grossly offensive” message.
Pretty obvious that anything written may be offensive to one but not another. So, “probability of balance” that you “outraged” a community? Delaying this long equates to a poor case, they are in danger of making you a free speech (or hate speech) martyr. Sledgehammer to crack walnut?
This happened a few times with David Irving in 2000 ish – preliminary hearings were held to try to decide on the grounds for actions. The legal system is complicated enough to require this. I my view this is one reason why Jews like to infiltrate important legal positions – they’re not interested in truth, or equity, or justice etc – they just want to be in a position to force the outcomes they want. Unfortunately, this is an advantage – people deciding to go into law to improve the world etc don’t have the same genetic, tribal urge to grab and control.
